Our bespoke process is designed around you — transparent, collaborative and entirely personal.

The Consultation

We begin with a conversation — in person at our Rawalpindi showroom or remotely. We listen to how you live, what you need, and what you imagine.

The Design

Our craftsmen sketch your piece to your exact specifications — dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware. You approve every detail before a single tool is lifted.

The Making

Your piece is built entirely by hand in our workshop. No shortcuts. No compromises. Typical lead time is 6–12 weeks depending on complexity.

The Delivery

We deliver and install your piece personally. We don't consider a commission complete until you are entirely satisfied.

How long does a bespoke commission take? +
Lead times vary by complexity. Most commissions are completed within 6–12 weeks. Simpler pieces such as side tables or chairs can be ready in 4–6 weeks. We will give you a realistic timeline during your consultation and keep you updated throughout.
What is the minimum order value for a bespoke piece? +
We do not have a fixed minimum. However, given the nature of handcrafted furniture, most commissions start from PKR 150,000 / £500. We are happy to discuss your budget during the consultation.
Do you require a deposit? +
Yes. We require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on completion and delivery. This protects both parties and allows us to source the finest materials for your piece.
Can I visit the workshop? +
Absolutely. We welcome clients to our Rawalpindi workshop and showroom by appointment. Seeing our work in person is often the best way to understand the quality we bring to every piece.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes. We work with specialist furniture shipping partners to deliver commissions worldwide. International shipping costs and timelines are discussed during the commission process.
Can I customise pieces from the collection? +
Every piece in our collection can be customised — different dimensions, materials, finishes or configurations. Simply get in touch and we will discuss the options.
